No. Comment-to-DM stays on Instagram or Messenger and lands in the shared inbox. Click-to-WhatsApp ads are the paid path onto the official WhatsApp number.

Are UPI and Razorpay WhatsApp Pay available worldwide?

Does TikTok comment automation fully match Instagram?
