What is real today (and what is not)

WatsBerry does ship TikTok as a first-class connector: Login Kit OAuth, a signed webhook, and comment auto-replies on connected videos. Marketing logos that say “TikTok” are not vapour — but the depth is not equal to Instagram/Messenger.

This is still official APIs (TikTok Open API + WhatsApp Cloud API). It is not a grey comment scraper. Official vs unofficial WhatsApp tools if a vendor offers “TikTok to unlimited WhatsApp.”

How connect and webhooks work

Integrations → Social Platforms → Connect TikTok.
Sign in and grant comment (and messaging if shown) permissions.
Copy the TikTok webhook URL from Integrations → Webhook URLs.
In TikTok Developer Portal, add the callback, complete verification, subscribe to comment.create (and direct_message.create only if you have DM access).
Configure comment automation rules. Post a test comment on a connected video.

TikTok threads can appear as a channel in the inbox for visibility; do not expect to type a reply there yet. For comment-to-DM plus inbox replies, use Instagram and Messenger.

Paid WhatsApp traffic remains Click-to-WhatsApp ads on the WABA — a different funnel from TikTok comments.

Plans and access

Public pricing treats TikTok as a higher-plan integration. Entitlements are confirmed when you are invited — we will not invent a “TikTok inbox included on every plan” line.

Frequently asked questions

Does TikTok comment automation send WhatsApp templates to commenters?

No. Comment replies go back on TikTok. You still need a valid WhatsApp opt-in to message someone on WhatsApp. The shared workspace can run both products; they are not auto-merged.

Can I reply to TikTok DMs from the WatsBerry inbox?

Not in the current inbox composer. TikTok DMs also require TikTok’s dm.manage / special approval. Comment automation is the part that works immediately after OAuth + webhooks.

Which plan includes TikTok?

TikTok is a higher-plan integration on the public comparison (not Starter). Confirm entitlements at invite — see /pricing.
