Is WatsBerry an official WhatsApp Business API platform?
Yes. You connect via Meta Embedded Signup and send through the official WhatsApp Business Platform — not unofficial WhatsApp clients.
Do I pay Meta or WatsBerry for messages?
Both, separately. Meta bills WhatsApp usage to your Meta payment method. WatsBerry bills your plan and wallet markup. We do not settle Meta invoices for you.
Can I recover Shopify abandoned carts?
Yes on Shopify-connected orgs. Carts sync from Shopify events, recovery messages send on WhatsApp, and recoveries are tracked when WhatsApp recovery was part of the path.
Is order tracking safe if someone guesses order IDs?
Lookups are phone-scoped to the WhatsApp number in the chat. Order numbers only filter within that customer’s orders — they are not a global unlock.
Does the AI invent answers?
AI FAQ is grounded in your Bot Knowledge. Low confidence or missing knowledge routes to fallback or a human. Order data comes from a dedicated Shopify lookup step, not free-form guessing.
Is WooCommerce supported?
Not yet. Shopify is the supported commerce integration today. WooCommerce is on the roadmap.
