AiSensy pricing in India (2026): plans, per-message rates and add-ons explained

Short answer: AiSensy offers a Free Forever plan (no broadcasting) and paid plans that start at ₹1,500 per month (Basic), then ₹3,200 (Pro), ₹9,100 (Premium) and ₹45,000 (Unlimited) when billed monthly, with Enterprise on custom terms. WhatsApp message charges are recharged separately. For Indian users, AiSensy's page lists ₹1.09 per marketing message and ₹0.145 per utility or authentication message. Chatbot and AI agent builders are paid add-ons. Your real bill is plan plus seats plus messages plus any add-ons.

Below is each line of the bill, how it compares with Meta's own rates, and a worksheet to estimate your monthly cost.

AiSensy shows discounts for quarterly (save 5%) and yearly (save 10%) billing. The page says all billing is prepaid. We did not find a clear statement on the pricing page about whether plan prices include GST, so ask before you pay.

This is the line most buyers miss. AiSensy's pricing page lists these per-message rates for users in India:

Meta's figures come from Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform pricing page and INR rate card, checked 27 September 2026. Meta's rates exclude taxes. AiSensy's page does not say (as far as we could read) whether ₹1.09 includes GST, so the difference may be partly tax. The arithmetic gap for marketing is ₹0.2269 per message. Ask AiSensy to confirm what the ₹1.09 includes.

Why this matters: at 10,000 marketing messages a month, every ₹0.10 difference per message is ₹1,000 a month. At 1 lakh messages it is ₹10,000.

What changes on 1 October 2026

Meta announced that from 1 October 2026 it charges for service messages after 1,000 free per business phone number per month, and for utility templates sent inside an open 24-hour service window. AiSensy's page, when we checked, still described service conversations as free and in-window utility as uncharged. Ask your provider how October bills will look. AiSensy lists several paid add-ons on top of any plan:

• Drag and drop chatbot builder: ₹2,500 per month for 5 chatbots (₹2,250 per month billed annually).
• WhatsApp AI agent builder: ₹1,350 per month including 1,000 AI messages (₹1,215 per month billed annually).
• Indian virtual number for the API: ₹2,000 + GST per year, or ₹299 quarterly.

If you need both chatbots and an AI agent, a Basic plan bill becomes ₹1,500 + ₹2,500 + ₹1,350 = ₹5,350 per month before messages and tax, based on the monthly prices shown.

1. Plan: choose the plan with the features you actually need (broadcasting needs a paid plan).
2. Seats: Basic lists 1 owner + 5 agents; add ₹750 per extra agent per month.
3. Add-ons: chatbot builder, AI agent, virtual number.
4. Marketing messages: monthly volume × ₹1.09 (or the rate shown to you).
5. Utility and authentication: monthly volume × ₹0.145.
6. Taxes: confirm GST treatment for each line.

Worked example

A clinic chain sends 3,000 marketing and 4,000 utility messages a month, with 5 agents, on Basic plus the chatbot add-on:

• Plan and add-on: ₹1,500 + ₹2,500 = ₹4,000
• Marketing: 3,000 × ₹1.09 = ₹3,270
• Utility: 4,000 × ₹0.145 = ₹580
• Total before tax: about ₹7,850 per month

The same message volume at Meta's ex-tax card rates would be 3,000 × ₹0.8631 + 4,000 × ₹0.1150 = ₹2,589 + ₹460 = ₹3,049. Compare like with like: add tax to Meta's figure if AiSensy's rate includes it.

From its pricing page, AiSensy is strong for:

• teams that want a free entry to the API and blue tick application help
• many agents on low plans (Basic lists 1 owner + 5 agents)
• ads tooling, since its Free plan lists an ads manager with free Meta ad credits

You may pay more than expected if you send high marketing volume, or if you need chatbots and AI on top of the base plan.
