Google reviews WhatsApp on WatsBerry means: after a delivery or visit, send an approved template whose button opens your Google write-review URL.

WatsBerry does not post the review, scrape ratings, or filter invites to “only happy customers.” That last part is against Google’s policies — ask every eligible delivered customer.

Place ID, flows, and Shopify delivery

Find the Place ID with Google’s Place ID Finder, or from Maps → Share → Embed a map (place_id=ChIJ…).

Save it under Integrations → Google Reviews. Optional: friendly location name, cooldown days, override write-review URL.

Compliance and billing

Review asks outside the customer-care window need an approved template. Category is often marketing if Meta sees it as a prompt; follow templates.

Dual billing: Meta usage + WatsBerry plan. Slack can watch other ops events — Slack alerts — but it does not post the Google review.

Can WatsBerry post a Google review for the customer?

No. The WhatsApp message opens Google’s write-review page. The customer must submit it while signed into Google.

Do I need a Google Cloud API key?

No. Place ID (or an optional write-review URL override) is enough. WatsBerry builds the link.

What if Trustpilot is also connected?

You can send Google only, Trustpilot only, or a chooser page with both buttons. Judge.me product reviews are a separate Shopify path and do not block Google asks.
