## Product

WatsBerry is a web application that connects a business to Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform via Embedded Signup. It is not an unofficial WhatsApp client.

Core capabilities:

Shopify and WooCommerce are supported commerce integrations (one store platform per organization). Abandoned cart recovery is Shopify-only in the current release; WooCommerce syncs orders and customers for Order Alerts.

## Billing

Two separate bills:

1. Meta bills WhatsApp conversation / template usage to the merchant’s Meta payment method.
2. WatsBerry bills a platform plan plus wallet markup. WatsBerry does not settle Meta invoices.

Inbox replies inside the customer care window are free on the WatsBerry wallet side.
